Changing category order

Hi All, Is there a way to re-order pre-existing categories in Automation Hub? At the point of set up it looks like someone added categories in a random order which is very user friendly.

I have tried re-importing after sorting the CSV and that didn’t work. Any suggestions.

Try this approach

  1. Navigate to the “Settings” section of Automation Hub.
  2. Click on the “Categories” tab.
  3. Hover over the category you want to move and click on the three dots that appear on the right-hand side.
  4. Click on “Edit” from the dropdown menu.
  5. Change the “Order” field to the desired position for the category.
  6. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

Hi Nitya,
I am struggling to find the “settings” section.

I have admin access and have gone to platform setup - Categories and can’t see that option.
Any ideas?

Hi Nitya, just found the option in the documentation and I don’t have that access available. I will ask another member of the team to investigate it for me.
