Change from StudioX to Studio - missing License and Profile tab

Hi, I can’t change my license for changing from StudioX to Studio because there is no option for it in the menu. License and Profile tab is not shown.

can you please check what license you have assigned under your name?

Open studio, and show screenshot Home screen, we need to see bottom left part of the screen.

My license is CitizenDeveloper and I want to change it.

in the new studio there is no option or the option to switch profiles is removed

if you need studiox then you need to change the license type to automation express/citizen developer thats the only way..else studiox and studio are combined for developer licenses

I need Studio and not StudioX.

if you need studio then please assign a automation developer or named user license in orchestrator to the user

the minimum license should be community..if you are on free than then you dont have automation developer licenses

Can you please go to admin->licenses and show below screen to us?

Please note: when you look at below screen, citizen developer license provides access to only studioX, not studio, so to get access to studio, you will need to change your license to automation developer -named user. Thats why we would like to see your licenses screen to understand which licenses do you have available for allocation..

If your trial got expired and your plan got changed to Free Plan, Delete the Organization and recreate new one to get the Community plan which will have Developer license.
