Change format to specific format in word using uipath

Do we have any option in Uipath to make HR recruitment project such that when people send their CV, it will be extracted from email and convert in company specific format and send to specific coordinator so that he can review and submit for approval, or alternatively system can review CV basis specific guidlines and submit for concerned person approval?
