Change clipping region

Hello , I am trying to set clipping region that I return from a python code into a click activity, I still don’t really know how to use set clipping region but all I want to do is to modify clipping region of a specific ui element and it didn’t work I’ve tried all the solutions I could find in this forum but in vain.
