Change cell type?

I use activity Change cell type for change format to

-* #,##0-;-* #,##0_-;-* “-”??-;-@-

But in error as below.

Please guide me for solve it.

I can see 2 double quotes at the beginning and end in the error message. Can you remove one and try?
