Summary (abstract)

There is web application which we are leveraging it to manage the medical record requests from provider which includes creating, updating and assigning the work items (Chase IDs). And we have built a process using UI automation to do so (APIs were not provided).

It is third-party web portal. They rollout updates to their website every month, so it breaks up our process.
Most effected UI Elements are Dropdowns and tables.

Detailed solution

Fixed It Without Healing Agent: To fix it we change few UI element’s selectors and sometimes page settings like adjusting the zoom percentage of the web page.
