Certification test response speed extremely slow

I just tried to sit the certification exam, but on clicking Submit after each question, the response time was so appalling it was taking between 10 seconds and 10 minutes to get a response. Not enough time to complete the exam.

Who do I need to contact to get test reset please? I know that if I sit the test again, I will have to get a higher score to pass, but since the server response time is out of my control, I do not see why I should be inconvenienced.

This is not an internet connection issue on my side as my broadband speed up 10Mbs down 40Mbs

Anyone tried the Practical Exam and knows if there is similar issues there?

Last 2 days trying to do UIPath academy level 3 advanced training has been a pain because https://acme-test.uipath.com because I constantly get the cloudflare site, so I am a bit hesitant to attempt the practical exam today…
