Certification - clarification

Hi,

Can you please check the attachment and confirm that I have passed the Practical exam? As I had normally seen in forum discussions about the marks they have got and what are all the errors, I did not receive any such email so far. I am bit confused.

When I clicked at “Open Certificate”, it provides a survey to be filled up, I am confused, kindly clarify.

They just want you to fill out a survey regarding the exam now that you’ve completed it.
