I have attempted my test two times with 0 success uploading! Last time I got “Failed” missing user. First time I website was unavailable. This is number 3 and I have been sitting in this state for 15 minutes. Has anyone had this problem?!
Did you got successful message - Your file is uploaded ?
Then you are done.
No it just stays in this state.
Try contacting the support team and send this screenshot. They will assist you.
Update: After about 15 minutes as I wrote send. It gave me a confirmation.
I have talked to customer service and they largely have been telling me to check my browser but the first time I tried to login to upload and it immediate went to a screen “Not available” (paraphrasing, not a 401). I did just email them the screenshot and sent them the zip within the time frame as a backup!
