I am writing to inform you that I successfully completed the free certification on the UiPath platform in March. At that time, I was able to complete the test without any issues. However, now when I log in to the UiPath portal to download the certificate in PDF format (for attachment purposes), it shows that the test has been completed, but the certificate is not opening or available for download.
It appears that this issue might be affecting only my account. I kindly request you to look into this matter and help rectify the issue. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with access to my certificate or send it directly to me.
