Detailed problem statement

In the current system, employees rely heavily on HR, IT, Managers & Colleagues for information related to onboarding, policies, roles, milestones, project details, etc. This information is scattered across databases, SharePoint, Google Drive, and multiple systems in an organization, making it difficult and time-consuming to find.
Easy access is available for specific information, but requires manual search, access and awareness of where to find the same information.
There is no unified system that can intelligently access, interpret, and deliver personalized answers in an organization to an employee based on NLP & Proactive notifications on desktop / Teams.

Detailed solution

We propose CERA [Conversational Enterprise RPA Assistant] a ChatBot Proactive Notifier & Search specialist within an organization to be built using UiPath’s agentic automation. The assistant integrates with internal multiple systems as per seniority and tenurere of the employee. Employees can ask natural language questions, and the UiPath agent will autonomously identify intent, fetch relevant data, and generate contextual responses to mimic ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) methodology as per need & data security. It combines structured and unstructured data processing with UiPath Agents to deliver an intelligent, scalable and proactive support solution that meets enterprise needs.

The solution will significantly reduce repetitive queries to HR and IT, cut down the time spent searching for information, and improve overall employee experience. By providing quick, accurate, and personalized responses, the assistant will boost productivity and streamline internal processes. It will also enable proactive communication - notifying employees about pending tasks - unlocking the full potential of agentic automation and setting a strong foundation for a smarter and self-serving digital workplace
