I hope you’re doing well. I’m seeking help with an issue I faced during my voucher assessment. A technical problem occurred midway, and after that I couldn’t do anything in the exam window until it ended automatically.
HackerRank support advised me to reply to the assessment invitation email, which I’ve already done, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Could you please guide me on the next steps? If a retake is possible, it would be immensely helpful. Or if there’s an alternate point of contact I can reach out to, I would sincerely appreciate it

III. January 15, 2026, 22:00 GMT: last date to take the certification exam
(starting January 16 all certification opportunities will be closed and the vouchers will become inactive)
