Hello. I have passed the Voucher Assessment and got the voucher code. However, when I apply it to the payment and billing section I got this error: “Discount Validation failed. This voucher has been used 1 time and cannot be used again.”
I already raised a ticket to UiPath Support: 02757198_Voucher code provided is not working.

I’ve completed several programs, and some of them did arrived (“Software Testing Engineer Professional” and “Agentic Automation Associate”), but I haven’t received the ones for
- “Specialized AI Associate”
- “Automation Busiless Analyst Associate”
- “Automation Busiless Analyst Professional”
which I also finished weeks ago.

hi there! I wanted to take the exam early in January, but I can use the voucher only this year. If I understood correctly, you will send a new voucher in between 15-20 January if I don’t use the current one ?

I have completed the entire course except for the “Introduction to Agentic Automation” section. When I try to open this section, it shows “Your content is loading” and then displays a blank white screen. Because of this issue, I’m unable to complete the course.
Could someone please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible? The deadline to complete the course is 30th December, and I don’t want to miss this opportunity.

I’m reaching out as today is the final day to complete the course, but I’m encountering an issue. I’m unable to access the “Introduction to Agentic Automation” section due to a technical error, which is preventing me from finishing it. I’ve already completed all other sections without any problems.

We noticed that during the holidays we had a lot of queries on the Community Certification Program and we do apologize for the delayed answers, as our teams were also on holiday leave. Please see here below all the latest program updates to keep you informed and aware on the next steps:
Starting Jan 10th all Forum queries will be re-directed to the main program thread UiPath Community Certification Program 2025, and the individual tracks threads will be closed.
- Certification tracks registrations are closed since December 6th, 2025 (will not re-open)
- Academy Learning Plans completion deadline was December 31st, 2025 (will not be extended)
- All verification tests for completed Academy LPs will be sent till Friday, Jan 9th, EoD.
- You will have till Jan 14th, EoD to take the verification test.
- All certification vouchers, including those matching expired or unused vouchers from December 2026, will be sent in a single batch on January 15, 2026!
