i think the error which you mentioned is not UiPath issue. Could you please try to open the mainframe application manually and see if you are getting the same popup error saying that BZMD.EXE, EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VOILATION.
i feel this issue due to corrupted software or due to antivirus program. please refer the below link for troubleshooting steps and solutions for the Access violation exception for the software in the windows.
