There is a location identifier pop-up, which is displayed by the browser ( incognito mode ) every time a page(bestbuy.ca) loads. When automated using (App/web recorder) with a click action on button like ‘close’ or ‘never allow’, it identifies and acts for the 1st time, but when the process is executed again, it fails to perform the ‘click’

Try to upgrade your ui automation packages to latest version..there is a new option added in use app/browser which can hndle all pop ups
If you cannot upgrade then first you need to indicate as separate window and then click on it
