I have a doubt whether Captcha Automation and Citrix Automation is really useful in business sector…?

Sure it is. Imagine doing snapshot of 20-30 servers without having PVS or golden image in environment. Eventually when you are building similar environments for different customers you don’t need to build each server from scratch using same parameters when you can have ready workflow with these being configured and ready to work. I have some practice in Citrix and I was working in environments like these where no golden image, provisioning or any other solution was used due to lack of resources or licensing used by customer etc.
