Can't see upload button for librairies in Orchestrator

Provide a full-page screenshot from Orchestrator UI → Tenant → Settings → Deployment ( I want to see which options did you enable for the feeds).

If you enabled only host feed, that means you need to log out from the current tenant and sign in to Host tenant before uploading any libraries.

If you have only tenant feed or tenant and host feeds, you should see an Upload button in the current tenant as well.

I see from your screenshot, none of the below options(Host,tenant) are visible which most likely means you have not enabled those feeds.

Please read below description to understand both type of library feeds.

For enabling, go to Tenant->Settings->Deployment->Libraries and enable both/tenant feeds. Then you would be able to see the options and upload button under Tenant->packages->Libraries.
