Can't save Notepad

I tried doing an “easy” project or so I thought, but I can’t even do this… I hate this program with a passion. Can’t click on “Save As” because apparently it doesn’t see it or something. What can I do for it to work? I’d also like for it to CREATE a new Notepad, NOT use a random one, but I can’t change the Application Path… it won’t let me… Thank you if you help.
