Can't rename file when downloading

Hi all,
I have a problem to change a file name when downloading from Internet Explorer.
As you can see, when downloading image, there is automatically generated file name which I want to change.
I have enabled Empty Field and Simulate Type, and that also didn’t work.
Workflow:

Once after this SAVE AS pages gets opened Use a GET ACTIVE WINDOW activity and use TYPE INTO activity with just the input string and no element chosen for selector
Enable simulate type and try once
