Can't read notpad file data in thai

Hi Team,
I am trying to read the notepad file which is having Thai words but after Read Text File the Thai words are getting changed to diamond or boxes like attached in the picture.
Please suggest if anyone having any idead regarding this.

Try changing the encoding.
I don’t know how it is encoded, Try “utf-8” or “utf-16” or “windows-874” etc.
