Can't read and send mails from outlook 2016

when sending outlook message show below error.

Here I am using outlook 2016.
Also, I can’t get messages from account configured in outlook 2016

Are you using any custom activities.? this error is usually because of DLL files. in your manage package check all dependency DLL is added or not, the try to run the activities.
