I was using UIPath Studio until today. I closed the app and when I tried opening it again it keeps asking for admin credentials. I have tried restarting my system but still the same.
This is a work system so getting admin rights would take some time. I can I fix this?

That admin rights for opening a Studio also is due to the group policy changes which are not updated in your system. That is the governance policy over a group of users in AD to not use any other application which are not whitelisted
Get in touch with IT and get it sorted by updating the group policy. You can do it yourself via gpupdate -f
but sggest you to confirm from IT beforehand.
