Cant manually import csv file to queue

I am trying to manually import a csv file and getting the following error ?

Also, is it possible to import the file remotely, to be more precise to send the transaction item data to the specific queue from a custom made desktop application, via Orchestrator API maybe ??

Write a UiPath automation that does this - reads in the CSV then adds to the queue.

I understand that. But I want to add it manually. If there is an option it should work?

It should work. Show us a screenshot of your CSV file so we can make sure the format is correct.

Nevermind. The CSV file was wrong. But how did the successful parse error has come up, no idea.
