Can't login to download the studio

Hi,
I created my account on an Azure VM, and I can use it normally logging in to the orchestrator and the studio.
When I created another VM on my hard-disk and trying to login with the same account to download the studio and start working from the VM, it refuses to login. Tried my Google’s account login, and a new email (work email), and finally with Microsoft. All didn’t work.

How can I solve this?

have you tried using giving in username and password in email and password

Could you delete cache and then try once. And also try in some other browser also.

Yes. I tried that as well.
Same error.

I tired it in both, Chrome and Edge. Same error
