Can't install any packages from Official, Marketplace and nuget.org

Hi please help, I can’t download any packages from Official, Marketplace, Nuget and Orchestrator… I need to install PDF activities

The image depicts package sources settings in a software interface, showing URLs for "Official," "Marketplace," "Orchestrator Host," and "nuget.org" sources. (Captioned by AI)

Hello, in my experience, this happened because UiPath lost the internet connection, which caused a disconnection from Orchestrator. Please check the UiPath Robot/Agent.

Hi @flashdrive07

Click on filter option in the Manage Packages window. Uncheck all the options and check only include prerelease option then try to search for the required dependency.

Check the below image for better understanding,

Hope it helps!!

@flashdrive07,

This seems an issue of your network firewall. Connect with your network team and get the URL’s whitelisted.

This is the error…

where can i whitelisted the URL’S ?

I tried this but, still same error

@flashdrive07,

These URL’s you should be whitelisting.

How/Where to whitelist, it totally depends on the firewall you are using. Here is sample guide to whitelist from Microsoft Defender.
