Can't find mails in 'Spam' folder in Get IMAP mail message

Hi all, I am facing one issue with reading mails in ‘Spam’ folder. I am using Get IMAP mail message. There are 21 mails in the spam folder but the bot is showing no email in that folder. Any idea how to solve it?

hey, just try read another folder from the same email account / server to start tracking the issue.

Hi guys Trying to access the spam folder with get imap mail message activity in outlook [junkemail] Folder name is ‘‘Junk Email’’ but the actual folder name in the URL is ‘‘junkemail’’ I tried both names [junkemailuipath] But for both names I got this error : [junkmail requested folder could not be found] Is the access to this folder with uipath forbidden or I am not doing this right ?
