I am unable to find the type of ‘Get Text’ activity in studio which is used in a tutorial-
Here is my studio screen shot-

In your screenshot, it’s there under uiautomation → application → get text
Yes, it is there but that is of different type. This one is not having ‘Save to’ option. The difference can be observed by the difference in the symbol.
Its just a UI difference
If you open properties..you would see a text value property which would give the output..you can add your variable there

It was just version update with ui change of that activity, anyway in older version Save to you can see in the activity itself but now in newer version click on that Get text activity and go to properties there you can see the Text Value as per below screenshot.
Final conclusion is Save to and Text Value both are same.
