Can't find a way to enter the Tenant page from On-Prem OC

After I’ve installed the OC on-prem, Can’t find a way to get into the Tenant page. Can you guide me to the way in?

The Tenant page of the Cloud OC is shown below:

Yes, that’s what I was looking for but couldn’t find it from my On-Prem OC.
