Can't Connect Office2016 to UIpath Studio

Hello All,
I’ve inherited a confusing problem. I can’t connect Office 2016 with UiPath Studio, which is very frustrating. (My predecessors handled emails through the Outlook app itself — front end… yeah.

"I wasn’t present during the installation, and I’ve never spoken to them. Solutions I’ve already tried: ToolFix and a complete reinstallation of the Office suite.

Like any other company i really need excel.

so can you guys help me with some ideas? Thank you!

Can you elaborate more on what do you mean by can’t connect? What’s the error are you getting or what’s the behavior you are experiencing?
