Cannot update UiPath packages

Hi,

I am trying to update UiPath packages enterprise edition but it seems like the update button is disabled. Below are the manage package and error.

May I know what version of UIpath studio are you using ?

It seems like packages got corrupted. Could you please uninstall those packages and reinstall it again.

i already uninstall the packages and reinstall but the same error popup.

May be that current package version is not compatible with UIpath 2019.4.4 version. Could you please try with previous version packages only without updating to latest version and then check once.

do you mean I have to uninstall uipath version 2019.4.4 and install new uipath version?

I think I understand what you are suggesting. I already tried to install previous package version and it seems worked.
