Cannot start the job through scheduler


Unable to schedule /start the job…Pls suggest

I guess no robots are assigned to your environment that you have configured the Process for.
Go to Robots > Environments > environment where you want to run the job > Manage (towards the right side of the selected row) > Choose robots > Update

Once this is done you should be able to see the robots when you are starting/ scheduling a job


@kaderms I have a same problem and the environment has been assigned to robots. but it still can’t select robots when starting job. do you have any other advise?

Starting with the 20.3 release community preview, you will be able to trigger a process from orchestrator only on a ‘unattended’ bot, not on a studio bot.

This needs a change in your licence allocation and machine provisioning. Here is what you need to do :

  1. After logging into your cloud platform (, go to Services, click Edit on the service where you want to add unattended license,

Change the Unattended Runtime to 1, Save it.

  1. Go into your service. Go to Management > Machines.
    Choose Edit on the machine that you have configured. Update the License - Unattended Runtimes to 1

  1. Go to Robots > Edit the robot on your machine, change the Type to Unattended.
  2. Go to Robots > Environments and make sure your robot is still tagged (should be selected) to the environment that you have configured.
  3. Now for any processes configured to run on this environment, you should be able to see this bot while starting the process job.
