Cannot sign in under a strange condition in Windows 10

I have multiple machines in my company and I cannot sign in UiPath Studio under Windows 10 & company network. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Computer 1: Windows 7 via normal network > OK
Computer 2: Windows 10 via normal network > OK
Computer 3: Windows 7 via company proxy > OK
Computer 4: Windows 10 via company proxy > Cannot Sign in

Already tried to redirect the proxy before as you mentioned, but the problem still existed.
I am wondering why the connection only denied only in Win10.
Any configuration differences for UiPath in Win7 / Win10?

Provide the error message.

In UiPath Studio login page:
Click “Sign in” button, the button will dim for about 10 seconds, then shows clickable again

In UiPath Assistant login page:
Shows the error message “A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.”

Are there any firewalls blocking it?

Can you check and open the ports or for testing can you disable and try

Also if auto sign in is enabled on browser try turning off…and provide the credentials to sign in

I have seen below 2 docs that UiPath needs to access specific sites for authentication, so I have applied rights to access the required sites and open 443 port for the authentication.
I have also signout, restart and manually sign in, but the problem is still there.
If the firewall takes effect, I wonder why it is okay in Win7, but not in Win10.
So strange…
