Cannot sign in to UiPath Studio

Hello,
i have a Server on which i cannot sign in when i am logged in with my user.
But i can sign in when i am logged in with a service user.
The problem is similar to Issue 325125.
On my laptop i can sign in with my user.
Does anyone has an idea how to solve this issue?

may be it is using oauth directly and the user which is not able to signin is not having requried permissions

try checking on the same for the user which has problem

do you mean oauth settings in windows?
And do you incedently know where i can find the settings?

When you click signin the url auto redirects to the default browser…so in default browser remove the auto sign in option so that you get the sign in option and can use any user you want

alternately make sure the user which is failing is havign permissions in orchestrator

Hello Anil,
it’s the same user that signs in to UiPath.
And the user has permissions in orchestrator (it works on my laptop, but not on the server).

on server which user id are you suign to sign in? is it the same id?
