Cannot save tenant settings in Orchestrator

Has anyone encountered a situation where you cannot “save” tenant level settings even if you are logged in as the tenant admin?

Only one of our many tenants seems to have this issue.

Tenant Administrator role is not un editable role ,
By default Tenant Administrator role can be done this changes
But as you cant mean that your Tenant Administrator permission may change

Go to permission of Tenant Administrator ==> Setting
and check whether you have given (View/Edit/Create/Delete) permissions
