Cannot run process on orchestrator

i have deploy process [RE framework] to orchestrator and when run process i found this error message
System exception at initialization: The type initializer for ‘UiPath.Shared.Telemetry.TelemetryProvider’ threw an exception. at Source: Read range (Settings and Constants sheets)
anyone has suggestion of how to solve this problem

Try changing the system package versions and the excel package versions and then republish and check…
