Need help resolving issue for error that keeps occurring since the 1st of this month with jobs automatically faulting immediately and error below showing.
Have double checked the stored credential and checked if client secret or cert expired, no issues there but still tried creating new one and updating anyway just in case.
Also ensured the UiPath Assistant and Services running on machine for unattended bots and there was initially connection stopped here, but fixed this and it does now show green and connected. But under “My Actions” it does have warning showing saying “Unable to retrieve data from Action Center” which have not seen before.
We have not made any changes in Orchestrator in recent days or have expired Azure client secrets, but our annual license renewal was for start of this month if that might be related.
Can anyone help advise next steps to check please or what might have changed need to update? Thanks
Hi @Aisling_Cahill
This behavior is typically seen when there is a licensing or Orchestrator access issue rather than a credential or Azure app problem. Since the issue started after the license renewal, please verify that Unattended Robots are still correctly licensed and assigned to the tenant and folders.
Also ensure Action Center is enabled for the tenant, the robot machine is properly connected to Orchestrator, and restart the UiPath Robot and UiPathrobotkv services. Checking Orchestrator and Robot logs for authorization or connectivity errors is also recommended.
Or you can raise a ticket:
If helpful, mark as solution. Happy automation with UiPath
Robots still licensed correctly and assigned. Tried checking if any additional changes to out network and access settings which was advised too - if the Azure Key Vault is publicly accessible or that the necessary IP addresses are whitelisted. Services still showing as connected after several restarts to server and service, but still showing this warning which have never come across before:
Have raised technical ticket like you suggested now to see if I can get clarification in issue
Hi @Aisling_Cahill
The jobs are failing because the UiPath Robot Key Vault (UiPathrobotkv) service is not running or is corrupted.
Restart the UiPathrobotkv and UiPath Robot services, and if it still fails, repair or reinstall the UiPath Robot. License renewal can trigger this if services didn’t restart properly.
