Cannot read microsoft noreply mail using get outlook mail activity

Hi everyone, i’m having a bit of an issue.
I’m trying to get all of my mails using the get outlook mail activity.
I managed to do that but there’s only one problem :
I can’t get the no reply mails from microsoft and i kind of need them

Do you have any rules in the outlook to move any noreply or any emails to other folders.
In that case please remove any rules that moves mails other than Inbox.
