Cannot read email from sent items

Hi All,

I am trying to read email from sent item folder . But UI Path is always throwing error saying “Get Outlook Mail Messages: The specified folder does not exist”.

Getting mails from inbox is working using same account id.

Please help

@Sachin0s, Get Outlook mail activity has issues man, sometimes even with inbox it doesnt work. I would use get exchange mail instead, that never fails unless if the server is down or something like that.

Hey @SenzoD,
Another problem related to this is even if it reads sent items then I have to move it to sub folder and "Move Outlook mail message’ does not work when ran using orchestrator.

Any thought on that ?
