Cannot open browser using UiPath this morning. Was working last night?

Error message as follows:

Open Browser: Could not load file or assembly ‘UiPath.Interop, Version=9.0.6877.24468, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=461894da7f0ba157’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Reinstall UiPath.

I have tried that and sadly did not fix the issue

Reinstalled .Net framework ?

I believe so, uninstalled all instances on my PC of UiPath and then reinstalled. how would I be able to check the .Net framework?
