Unfortunately, I’m not sure about it. It may be better to contact with UiPath support in your customer portal if you use Enterprise license.

I have same issue with my IPhone IOS and im logging in with my Microsoft account. Do you also use Microsoft account?

Regarding this error, it is a known issue caused by a regression from another service, which cannot be reverted. After discussions with our engineering/product teams, they concluded that it cannot be fixed at the moment due to the following blockers:

This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I rely on the app a lot to manage a large enterprise organisation. We pay a huge amount for licensing, how can they not have a functioning app anymore?
I agree. I use it on a Daily basis. Even with a small entity. I Hope a solution is in the pipe. App version not refreshed for more than 2 years. :=(( but many fonctionality very useful.
Strange but I have a connection.
I tried to logon using not the cloud account, by entering my work details, this flagged up to be cloud access, I clicked ok, then at the bottom of that screen, I selected other ways to logon, Cloud. it asked for my details again and logged in.
Good news. I can now login to UiPath Mobile App. They might have fixed the issue.
