Cannot launch Task Capture in Citrix XenDesktop non-persistent VDI
Check following keys in registry and add if they don’t exist
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Citrix/CtxHook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Citrix/CtxHook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Citrix/CtxHook64
HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/services/CtxUvi
The value of above keys should be set to “Task Capture.exe”
Above keys are fetched from https://slack.com/intl/en-ua/help/articles/360035198374-Troubleshoot-Slack-in-a-Citrix-environment as Slack is also facing same issue on Citrix XenDesktop machines.
