Cannot Install Package Due To Error "Failed To Install Package"

Unable to install package due to error "Process_Name" UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: Failed to install package "Process_Name" UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: NU1102: Unable to find package UiPath.UIAutomation.

Issue Description: When trying to run a process either from Orchestrator or Assistant, this fails with the error,

  • "Process_Name" UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: Failed to install package "Process_Name" UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: NU1102: Unable to find package UiPath.UIAutomation.

Resolution:

  1. In order to be able to install packages, the Robot user must have the Allow to be Automation User role assigned to it at both Tenant and folder level
  2. The Robot machine must be restarted.
