Cannot get SAP selectors

Hello

I have an issue, I cannot select individual elements on SAP
Previously had error and changing the scale to 100% fixed the issue
However error came back

What could be the issue?

Kindly confirm below:

  1. is SAP GUI scripting and authorization rights enabled on both client and server?

  2. are you using Default identification method when selecting elements?
