Cannot find license.config

Hi. I am using UiPath Studio Community Version. I am using it below a proxy. According the documentation, I need to configure the license.config file but I cannot find it under \AppData\Local\UiPath

@FamDs Thanks for your help. After configuring the proxy, the studio prompt me failed to connect server. But the proxy config is as same as I use for git.
