Issue:
Cannot create unknown type ‘{clr-namespace:UiPath.CyberArk.Activities;assembly=UiPath.CyberArk.Activities}GetCyberArkPassword’.

Could you please try the below:
Download the required version from the below link

And Upload to the Orchestrator - Libraries

Execute the process again & verify
