Cannot connect to Orchestrator in Enterprise Trial

I have already created a machine and have tried connecting using the machine key provided. It gives me the below error.
Error: Connected to Orchestrator. Unable to retrieve a license (please contact your IT department)

Please let me know what is wrong and the steps to rectify it.

Go the the Admin section and check how many license are active
