Cannot connect Robot to Orchestrator 2019.4.4

Dear all,

When I tried to connect the robot to the Orchestrator, I got an error message. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. SSL domain certificate is installed at the Orchestrator server.

Issue Description: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure Resolution: Start a new MMC from run command. File → Add/Remove Snap-In Click Add Choose Certificates and click Add. Check the “Computer Account” radio button. Click Next. Choose the client computer in the next screen. Click Finish. Click Close. Have you installed that certificate into your local computer machine i.e. Robot Machine?

If not then install it first and then try once.

Dear all,

Thank you for the information. The IT team has generated a certificate and added to the Root of IIS this is worked only machine in the domain. However, for robot outside the domain it had an error “The remote server returned an error: (503) server Unavailable.
