Cannot communicate with browser

Hi ,

I am using google chrome to run the sequence, but I am getting error as cannot communicate with browser, please check UiPath extensions.I try to add extensions and it is not adding to the browser.I try to reset the settings also but still not working. Please any one can share the solution for that.

You can add extension offline. Go to Google Extensions page and simply drag drop the extension file.
PFA, extension file. Unzip it first. Also make sure you have developer mode is on(On extensions page, on right top).

I am facing extension error on chrome version 70.0.3538.77, I am using studio 2018.4.0 stable version and some time when I force stop the execution the robot icon disappears but the workflows still remains in the execution mode.
Please check.
I have used chrome and Internet explorer. I have installed and removed extensions many time but no success.
