Cannot click "Ok" button on dialog box. Can anyone help me out?

Hello experts,
I am automating web app called “CRMS” created by Infosis. There is a dialog prompt with a button “OK”, i am able to getText from Dialogbox but not able to click “OK” button. I gave used strict selectors, fuzzy selectors, computer vision but not able to click the button.

Does any one has the idea to deal with it ?

Hi @RobotUi ,

If the Click activity is not working try using a hotkey to click by using the “Enter” Key.

Hi @RobotUi ,

If get text is working then give the same selector in the hotkey and select enter key. I hope it helps
