Cannot automate remote app uipath remote runtime.exe is not running

Hi. Im working on a project that i need to connect to a server via rdp. The problem is i get this error “cannot automate remote app uipath remote runtime.exe is not running.” when i try to send hotkeys, click or even attach windows and i can’t install the remote runtime plugin.
